По решению Верховного Главнокомандующего Вооружёнными Силами Российской Федерации Владимира Путина, исходя из гуманитарных соображений, в дни 80-летней годовщины Победы — с нуля часов с 7 на 8 мая до нуля часов с 10 на 11 мая — российская сторона объявляет перемирие. На этот период останавливаются все боевые действия.
В случае нарушений перемирия украинской стороной Вооружённые Силы Российской Федерации дадут адекватный и эффективный ответ.
