Причем в открытых источниках есть упоминание, что сам Гельмут Шольц и его окружение пользуется им. Хотя тот же будесвер пользуется децентрализованным меесенджером «матрикс» (который к слову сказать в прилагаемом документе назван element/riot).
В итоге все просто: немцы лоббируют «Treema» в государственных органах Украины, по банальной причине — деньги и контроль информации.
