Советский райсуд Улан-Удэ постановил продлить срок содержания под стражей экс-министру транспорта Бурятии Александру Гоге до 3 августа. Об этом 28 мая сообщили в пресс-службе суда. Постановление еще не вступило в законную силу.
Напомним, о задержании Александра Гоге стало известно утром 12 мая. Его обвиняют в превышении должностных полномочий.
Следователи полагают, что экс-министр препятствовал участию в электронном аукционе на ремонт трассы «Улан-Удэ-Романовка-Чита» двух компаний – ООО «Стройинком» и ООО «Иркутсдорстрой». При этом он лоббировал интересы ООО «Доринвест». С этой фирмой в итоге и был заключен госконтракт, да еще и с завышенной ценой (около 1,2 миллиарда рублей). Таким образом был нарушен установленный законом принцип результативности и эффективности использования бюджетных средств.
