Как следует из документа, русский является национальным достоянием России и важным элементом культуры, объединяющим многонациональный народ страны и другие народы мира в единую культурно-цивилизационную общность русского мира.
То есть, у нас будет указ, ФЗ либо иной официальный документ, определяющий понятие "русский мир"? Я без шуток и без задней мысли, а просто за, потому что ясность.
Ну и потому что одно официальное понятие должно опираться на другое, не менее официальное. Иначе — великий и могучий точно знает, что за какая-то получается.

"The result is on this photo: fiery 'greetings' to the invaders," the Security Service of Ukraine wrote alongside a photo showing several military vehicles among plumes of black smoke. You may recall that, back when Facebook started changing WhatsApp’s terms of service, a number of news outlets reported on, and even recommended, switching to Telegram. Pavel Durov even said that users should delete WhatsApp “unless you are cool with all of your photos and messages becoming public one day.” But Telegram can’t be described as a more-secure version of WhatsApp.
