Маяк, который мы видим в фильме Роберта Эггерса, не настоящий – его построили специально для съёмок! Команда возводила конструкцию высотой 20 метров на мысе Форчу (Новая Шотландия, Канада), ведь подходящего реального маяка найти не удалось.

Внешне он выглядел максимально аутентично, но внутри места для съёмок не хватало – интерьерные сцены снимали в студии. Добавляем к этому штормовую погоду, леденящие ветра и дожди – и вот он, настоящий кошмар для съёмочной группы… и идеальная атмосфера для фильма! 🌊⚡
