По информации СМИ, в ночь на субботу 35-летний Сергей Бабушкин вышел из дома на проспекте Ленина с ножом и в одной майке. Спустя несколько минут он набросился на 40-летнего Виктора, которому нанёс множественные ножевые ранения шеи и рук, а чуть позже — на 42-летнюю Татьяну. В итоге мужчина скончался, женщина сейчас госпитализирована.

Бабушкин позже был задержан. Он признался, что ощущал себя в «Голодных играх» и был уверен, что ему надо убивать людей. Возбуждено дело по статьям "Убийство" и "Покушение на убийство двух лиц".

Apparently upbeat developments in Russia's discussions with Ukraine helped at least temporarily send investors back into risk assets. Russian President Vladimir Putin said during a meeting with his Belarusian counterpart Alexander Lukashenko that there were "certain positive developments" occurring in the talks with Ukraine, according to a transcript of their meeting. Putin added that discussions were happening "almost on a daily basis."
