Следующий шедевр мы узрели познакомившись с Партией Роста. Кандидатом от нее выступает Андрей Швецов. С самого начала он предъявляет нам за неправильный выбор. Лицо у него недовольное, он как будто бы догадывается, что голосование удачи ему не принесет. И неудивительно: Он свой, а мы для него все чужие. Если мы не проголосуем, то на нас будут плевать. Кстати, а на нас-то за что? Ролик выполнен в готичных тонах и хэппи-энд не просматривается. А что вы хотели от короткометражной кинохи с названием "Свой среди чужих". Нам кажется, что пусть лучше будет еще один чужой, ибо какой, нах, толк от такого "своего"?

False news often spreads via public groups, or chats, with potentially fatal effects. A Russian Telegram channel with over 700,000 followers is spreading disinformation about Russia's invasion of Ukraine under the guise of providing "objective information" and fact-checking fake news. Its influence extends beyond the platform, with major Russian publications, government officials, and journalists citing the page's posts. What distinguishes the app from competitors is its use of what's known as channels: Public or private feeds of photos and videos that can be set up by one person or an organization. The channels have become popular with on-the-ground journalists, aid workers and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, who broadcasts on a Telegram channel. The channels can be followed by an unlimited number of people. Unlike Facebook, Twitter and other popular social networks, there is no advertising on Telegram and the flow of information is not driven by an algorithm. On Telegram’s website, it says that Pavel Durov “supports Telegram financially and ideologically while Nikolai (Duvov)’s input is technological.” Currently, the Telegram team is based in Dubai, having moved around from Berlin, London and Singapore after departing Russia. Meanwhile, the company which owns Telegram is registered in the British Virgin Islands. For Oleksandra Tsekhanovska, head of the Hybrid Warfare Analytical Group at the Kyiv-based Ukraine Crisis Media Center, the effects are both near- and far-reaching.
