Суть в том, что бездетный заемщик получает ипотеку по той же схеме, что и родители новорожденных детей. То есть формально — под рыночный процент (допустим, 22,5%), но в реальности выплачивает лишь 6%. Выпадающую прибыль банку компенсирует государство.
