Участники судопроизводства могут подать заявление, ходатайство, жалобу, протест и иные документы в суд не только на бумаге, но и вэлектронном виде, в том числе в форме электронного документа.
КоАП РФ определены случаи, когда для подачи документов потребуется усиленная квалифицированная подпись, а когда простая электронная.
