Бывшего муниципального чиновника Сергея Русинова приговорили два года назад к 9 годам строгого режима и миллионному штрафу за взятку в 280 тысяч рублей, которую он потребовал у подрядчика за расторжение контракта на ремонт дороги, еще будучи руководителем администрации райцентра.
В краевом суде сообщили, что сейчас Русинов освобождён условно после заключения контракта с Минобороны — подписал он контракт еще в апреле.
Экс-глава отбывал срок в ИК-7 Оловяннинского района. История со взяткой произошла в 2021 году, деньги Сергей Русинов, по версии следствия, требовал под угрозой расторжения контракта в одностороннем порядке.
