Погиб капитан Кисиев Сармат Аланович (племянник Кабисовых), уроженец села Октябрьское, выпускник Новосибирского высшего командного училища. Бойцу было всего 28 лет. С первых дней на СВО.

В 2023 году был награжден орденом мужества, несколько раз тяжело ранен.

Опора для матери, так как она растила сына одна. Сармат - отец двоих детей, так и не успел увидеть новорожденную дочь.

Погиб на Запорожском направлении.
Дата похорон еще неизвестна.
