Госдума одобрила закон, по которому в Севастополе, как и в Москве и Петербурге, местные власти смогут сами определять, в каком районе давать жильё людям, чьи дома попали под снос в рамках комплексного развития территорий (КРТ), другими словами в рамках реновации.
Эксперты и часть депутатов уже забили тревогу: людей из центра могут переселить хоть на край города. И обжаловать это будет сложно — закон позволяет.
