Военнослужащий Минобороны Пеньков признан судом в Нальчике виновным в отсутствии в части более 8 месяцев и приговорен к 5 годам колонии.
По версии следствия и суда 8 сентября 2023 года он самовольно оставил пункт временной дислокации воинской части. 30 мая Пеньков был обнаружен по месту жительства.
В судебном заседании Пеньков виновным себя в совершении вмененного ему преступления признал полностью.
