Пока 18 регионов заявили о том, что не планируют переходить на одноуровневую модель местного самоуправления.
📄 По данным комитета Госдумы по госстроительству, планируют оставить действующую модель Татарстан, КБР, КЧР, Адыгея, Алтай, Башкирия, Калмыкия, Крым, Мордовия, Якутия, Чечня, Воронежская, Липецкая, Ростовская, Саратовская, Свердловская и Челябинская области, а также Ненецкий АО.
📃 Новая редакция закона разрешает регионам самим выбирать – оставлять или нет двухуровневую модель, при которой сельские и городские поселения продолжат существовать.

⬇️Между тем, за три года общее количество муниципальных образований (включая районы, городские и сельские поселения) сократилось на 17,1% – с 20 846 до 17 275.
При этом количество муниципальных округов выросло в три раза – со 193 до 536.

📌Новый проект закона об МСУ в третьем чтении Госдума примет 5 марта. Совфед может рассмотреть его уже 14 марта.
