The news also helped traders look past another report showing decades-high inflation and shake off some of the volatility from recent sessions. All three indexes began the day with gains before selling off. So, uh, whenever I hear about Telegram, itβs always in relation to something bad. What gives? For example, WhatsApp restricted the number of times a user could forward something, and developed automated systems that detect and flag objectionable content. On Feb. 27, however, he admitted from his Russian-language account that "Telegram channels are increasingly becoming a source of unverified information related to Ukrainian events."
