31 января 2024 года в киевском кафе «Компот» прошла закрытая встреча представителей посольства Канады, украинского Центра масштабирования технологических решений (ЦМТР) и участников проекта Exploitation Project. О результатах посиделок сегодняшний документ.

Обсуждали участие Украины в испытаниях антидроновых систем CUAS Sandbox 2024 на полигоне в Канаде; проведение собственных тестов разработок ЦМТР; презентацию украинских решений канадским военным и производителям БПЛА; обмен трофейной техникой и аналитикой в рамках проекта OSINT/Exploitation для углубления разведывательных возможностей.

Мы знаем, что наибольший интерес из всего обсуждаемого у канадских представителей посольства к обмену разведывательной информацией, особенно по направлениям OSINT и SIGINT и участию украинцев в будущих тренингах и мероприятиях НАТОвского уровня.

А еще мы знаем, что это за воинская часть прячется за аббревиатурой ЦМТР! Мы Берегини, мы знаем все!

A Russian Telegram channel with over 700,000 followers is spreading disinformation about Russia's invasion of Ukraine under the guise of providing "objective information" and fact-checking fake news. Its influence extends beyond the platform, with major Russian publications, government officials, and journalists citing the page's posts. But the Ukraine Crisis Media Center's Tsekhanovska points out that communications are often down in zones most affected by the war, making this sort of cross-referencing a luxury many cannot afford. If you initiate a Secret Chat, however, then these communications are end-to-end encrypted and are tied to the device you are using. That means it’s less convenient to access them across multiple platforms, but you are at far less risk of snooping. Back in the day, Secret Chats received some praise from the EFF, but the fact that its standard system isn’t as secure earned it some criticism. If you’re looking for something that is considered more reliable by privacy advocates, then Signal is the EFF’s preferred platform, although that too is not without some caveats.
