In 2014, Pavel Durov fled the country after allies of the Kremlin took control of the social networking site most know just as VK. Friday’s performance was part of a larger shift. For the week, the Dow, S&P 500 and Nasdaq fell 2%, 2.9%, and 3.5%, respectively.
