Против России и Ирана* вводить не стал. В том, что касается Ирана все понятно - он же обещал до сентября Иран уничтожить - ну и зачем суетиться, какие-то тарифы там вводить.
Ну и, соответственно, делаем выводы о том, что Трамп хочет видеть на месте России.
