По сравнению с маем 2024 года реализация ниже на 41% в лотах, на 40% в квадратных метрах и на 33% по оценке выручки. При этом цены заявленные в ДДУ выросли за год в среднем на 12%, а средний чек по ДДУ – на 14%. Средняя площадь реализованной квартиры выросла на 1,5%.
