Забайкальский губернатор Осипов, щедрость которого на днях оценили в Кремле, приветствовав идею о выплатах из бюджета нищего региона вознаграждений участникам СВОZа до 3 млн за захваченные в Украине танки, поставляемые странами Запада, переобулся в воздухе.
Теперь, оказывается, товарищ Осипов допускает, что денег из бюджета дотационного края на эти цели может не хватить и поэтому (ну конечно) он рассчитывает на добровольные взносы жителей региона и местных предпринимателей. Говорит, все, как один скинутся. Чудо, а не глава субъекта.
А вот в ХМАО чиновники заявили, что не собираются вводить никаких выплат. Замгубернатора по делам СВОZа Александр Тиртока не понимает, как проверять факты захвата или ликвидации буржуйских танков в Украине. Мы, говорит, популизьмом заниматься не намерены (по сути, сказав, что товарищ Осипов в Забайкалье — популист), мы, говорит, конкретные дела делаем. Я бы сказал — делишки. 😉
