So, uh, whenever I hear about Telegram, it’s always in relation to something bad. What gives? He added that as Apple and Google both follow the law, to violate it would give both platforms a reason to boot the messenger from its stores. Such instructions could actually endanger people — citizens receive air strike warnings via smartphone alerts.
