NEWS Telegram was co-founded by Pavel and Nikolai Durov, the brothers who had previously created VKontakte. And they know exactly what they are and they've chosen not to do them. That's why I don't trust them," she said. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said in a video message on Tuesday that Ukrainian forces "destroy the invaders wherever we can."
