They commonly offer unrealistic returns of as high as 1,000% within 24 hours or even within a few hours. And despite being one of the world's most popular tech companies, Telegram reportedly has only about 30 employees who defer to Durov for most major decisions about the platform. Individual messages can be fully encrypted. But the user has to turn on that function.
