Артём Вячеславович Мельников назначен руководителем аппарата регионального правительства. Он был начальником управления Генеральной прокуратуры РФ в СКФО, возглавлял службу внутреннего аудита «Роскосмоса». Ветеран боевых действий, в течение двух лет командовал подразделениями наших бойцов в зоне СВО.
