Обстоятельства сегодняшнего взрыва в пятиэтажке устанавливают следователи СК.
Предварительная причина взрыва - утечка газа из-за неисправности оборудования. Эпицентром взрыва стала квартира на 4 этаже. Из дома эвакуированы 60 человек, в том числе 10 детей.
На нескольких этажах обрушились внешние панели, на четвёртом снесло внутренние перегородки двух квартир, на третьем этаже перекошены стены, выбиты окна.
