Устанавливает экологические требования к объектам недвижимости для повышения устойчивости среды обитания. Она достигается за счет применения:
⬩ эффективных теплоизоляционных материалов и изделий; ⬩ конструкционных элементов.
Распространяется на все категории проектируемых, построенных, реконструируемых и сданных в эксплуатацию жилых и общественных зданий.
