Согласно документу, если раньше по 300 тысяч рублей получали только граждане, которые заключают контракт, то теперь отдельным подпунктом идут мобилизованные сахалинцы и курильчане.
Выплата должна быть выдана без заявления, но министерство социальной защиты все равно будет уточнять у семей данные. Постановление будет распространяться на граждан, мобилизованных с 21 сентября.
