Одна из первых задач - провести анализ факторов угроз в регионах и выработать меры по их локализации и минимизации. И, конечно усилить охрану на объектах критической инфраструктуры.
В целом же никаких серьезных изменений и, тем более ограничений, в жизни островного региона не предполагается. Просто все специалисты связанные с обеспечением безопасности и управления будут работать в режиме повышенного внимания.
