Вчера у главы движения «Диалог» Юлии Грековой в статусе свидетеля прошел обыск (или «осмотр помещения»)

Предположительно, дело возбуждено по статье 280.2 УК (Вероятно, на участника регионального съезда партии «Рассвет»).

Члены движения «Диалог» и сама Юлия не состоят в этой партии и не общаются с ее участником, интересующим полицию. Несмотря на отсутствие связи с делом, полиция изъяла у нее из дома технику более чем на 200 тысяч рублей. Очевидно, что лишить Юлю техники и было главной задачей силовых структур – что на 100% неправомерно.

Во время допроса у Юли началась паническая атака и ей вызвали скорую. Сейчас она находится под наблюдением врача и все в порядке.

Сам обыск прошел во время допроса Юлии в отделе. Полиции открыл дверь хозяин съемной квартиры. Протокола изъятия у нас нет.

У Юлии уже есть адвокат и чтобы получить документы, связанные с изъятием техники, будет написано обращение в прокуратуру.

The Kremlin has paid Russian TikTok influencers to push propaganda, according to a Vice News investigation, while ProPublica found that fake Russian fact check videos had been viewed over a million times on Telegram. But Telegram says people want to keep their chat history when they get a new phone, and they like having a data backup that will sync their chats across multiple devices. And that is why they let people choose whether they want their messages to be encrypted or not. When not turned on, though, chats are stored on Telegram's services, which are scattered throughout the world. But it has "disclosed 0 bytes of user data to third parties, including governments," Telegram states on its website. On February 27th, Durov posted that Channels were becoming a source of unverified information and that the company lacks the ability to check on their veracity. He urged users to be mistrustful of the things shared on Channels, and initially threatened to block the feature in the countries involved for the length of the war, saying that he didn’t want Telegram to be used to aggravate conflict or incite ethnic hatred. He did, however, walk back this plan when it became clear that they had also become a vital communications tool for Ukrainian officials and citizens to help coordinate their resistance and evacuations.
