После увеличения губернатором Дмитрием Миляевым выплаты военнослужащим область стала лидером центральной России по выплатам контрактникам в зоне СВО. Доход военнослужащего, который заключит контракт в регионе, в первый год составляет более 5 млн рублей.
Те, кто подпишут контракт, получат региональную выплату в 2 миллиона 100 тысяч рублей и федеральную — в 400 тысяч рублей. Более того, в регионе действует более 60 мер поддержки для семей военнослужащих, включая финансовую, социальную, психологическую и правовую помощь.
