Последнюю неделю все чаще поступают такие звонки мне и депутатам Комитета от губернаторов и региональных министров. 1 января завершается период эксплуатации объектов размещения ТКО, не имеющих документации. Это почти 6 млн тонн отходов.
Регионы отмечают, что инфраструктуры нет. И причины у всех разные: от отсутствия финансовых средств до недостаточной работы в этом направлении. Наиболее сложная ситуация в Омской области, на Камчатке, Сахалине, в Алтайском крае, Новосибирской области, Краснодарском крае. Проблема серьезная, говорили об этом на парламентских слушаниях и при рассмотрении бюджета на следующий год.
