К участию приглашаются специалисты органов местного самоуправления, курирующие вопросы дополнительного образования детей по направлению безопасности дорожного движения, руководители, методисты, специалисты муниципальных образовательных организаций дополнительного образования детей, муниципальных опорных центровы, педагоги, руководители отрядов ЮИД.
