ФАС направила запросы "Ловител" и 10 управляющим компаниям. Они должны предоставить данные о количестве поступивших запросов, операторов и результатах их рассмотрения, а также обосновать недопуск конкретных провайдеров в многоквартирные дома.
Если факты нарушений подтвердятся, ФАС примет "меры антимонопольного реагирования".
