📌 Коллеги из Смольнинского районного суда сообщили, что зарегистрировали иск Юрия Кондакова к Губернатору нашего города.
Юрий максимально краток. Иск на 5 строк, но суть вполне ясна.
📝 Истец пишет, что в 2022 году Верховный Суд РФ признал самокат транспортным средством, а по сему, ездить по тротуару им (самокатам) нельзя, а самокаты ездят и нарушают права Юрия. В частности, нарушаются статьи 3 и 17 Конституции Российской Федерации.
‼️Кондаков просит суд обязать Губернатора издать нормативный акт о запрете самокатам двигаться по тротуарам.
