Ранее такая норма была в СаНПиН, но попала под «регуляторную гильотину», а новая о перерывах ничего не содержит. Работодатели, конечно, заинтересованы в высокой производительности сотрудников. Но для достижения этой цели необходимо обеспечить комфортные условия труда. Регулярные кратковременные перерывы призваны снизить зрительное напряжение, напряжение в костно-мышечной системе, повысить концентрацию внимания и улучшить общую продуктивность работы.
