Как только будет хотя бы временно, лет на пять, коллекторская деятельность запрещена, тогда и микрофинансовые организации прекратят свое существование. Есть банковские структуры, пусть они этими вопросами и занимаются. Там больше порядка, там проверяют финансовую историю, платежеспособность, наличие обеспечительных мер.
