Если посмотреть выделенные Минкультом на конкретные проекты средства, а потом по данным специализированных ресурсов взглянуть на посещаемость, то просто рыдать хочется. 1000 (одна!!! тысяча!!!) зрителей в лучшем случае. Плюс-минус пара сотен. И все. Даже от вроде бы признанных мэтров кинематографа. И сразу ясно - распил. Ибо другой цели эти "нетленки" иметь не могут. А деньги текут полноводной рекой... в карманы бизнесменов от кино. Так что выходов немного - либо устанавливать конкретные KPI и драть за них, в том числе - материально, либо прекращать госфинансирование вообще, отдав все на откуп бизнесу.
