Самая высокая ставка по ипотеке в декабре зарегистрирована в Тыве, которая опередила лидеров ноября — Карачаево-Черкесию и Ингушетию: процент по ипотеке вырос до 8,86% с 8,55%.
В Дагестане, Тверской, Томской, Кировской областях, а также Башкирии ипотечная ставка также варьируется в пределах 8,12-8,17%.
Самая доступная ипотека в Магаданской области (5,51%), на Чукотке (5,75%), в Амурской области (5,79%).
