Единая дежурно-диспетчерская служба Ленского района сообщает, что по информации, предоставленной ЛРЭС ЗЭС, в связи с проведением 20.06.2025г. плановых ремонтных работ на объектах энергоснабжения будет производиться отключение электроэнергии по ВЛ 110 кВ Городская – Ленская №1 с отпайкой на ПС Мурья и ВЛ 110 кВ ПП-8 - Мурья для технологического подключения ПС 110 кВ Мурбай: с 09-00 до 23-00 часов. В ограничении: с. Новая Мурья, с. Старая Мурья, с. Батамай. В с. Ю.Нюя на время отключения будет запущен РИП. В случае установления неблагоприятных погодных условий данные работы в указанный период могут быть отменены. After fleeing Russia, the brothers founded Telegram as a way to communicate outside the Kremlin's orbit. They now run it from Dubai, and Pavel Durov says it has more than 500 million monthly active users. At its heart, Telegram is little more than a messaging app like WhatsApp or Signal. But it also offers open channels that enable a single user, or a group of users, to communicate with large numbers in a method similar to a Twitter account. This has proven to be both a blessing and a curse for Telegram and its users, since these channels can be used for both good and ill. Right now, as Wired reports, the app is a key way for Ukrainians to receive updates from the government during the invasion. The regulator took order for the search and seizure operation from Judge Purushottam B Jadhav, Sebi Special Judge / Additional Sessions Judge. During the operations, Sebi officials seized various records and documents, including 34 mobile phones, six laptops, four desktops, four tablets, two hard drive disks and one pen drive from the custody of these persons. Right now the digital security needs of Russians and Ukrainians are very different, and they lead to very different caveats about how to mitigate the risks associated with using Telegram. For Ukrainians in Ukraine, whose physical safety is at risk because they are in a war zone, digital security is probably not their highest priority. They may value access to news and communication with their loved ones over making sure that all of their communications are encrypted in such a manner that they are indecipherable to Telegram, its employees, or governments with court orders.
