Но. В таких случаях нужно постараться выбрать альтернативный национальный символ. В своё время у немцев был немалый негатив к триколору из-за ПМВ и по этой причине РОА чаще использовали андреевский. Ну и сейчас известные ребята взяли на вооружение флаг со спайкой.
В любом случае БСБ - это флаг Дальстроя, сиречь Колымы, а русский, запрещающий триколор другому русскому - это манкурт.
