«Такая инициатива имеет здравую основу, так как люди, испытывающие нужду, будут в любом случае, при любых обстоятельствах знать, что они обеспечены соответствующим минимумом продуктов, товаров, которые необходимы им для жизни», - заявил Аксаков.
Среди аргументов «за» инициативу: высокая инфляция в стране и тот факт, что сильнее всего рост цен бьет по малоимущим.
