«Одной из основных причин дефицита педагогов остаётся невысокий уровень их заработной платы. Да, по сравнению с предыдущим учебным годом по этому направлению в округе фиксируется рост. Однако мы понимаем, что не всегда официальные цифры являются объективными — при расчёте средней зарплаты педагогических работников иногда включаются выплаты руководящему составу либо не учитываются надбавки», — заявил полпред на совещании с министром просвещения страны Сергеем Кравцовым.
