Любое обсуждение темы преемника бьет не только по рейтингу самого Путина, но и всей системы российской власти. А для «Единой России», почивающей сейчас на лаврах, и вовсе может стать очень болезненным.
Но зачем-то Путину понадобилось самому вбросить эту тему в паблик, а Кремлю активно её раскручивать. Явно вовсе не для того, чтобы обострить «войну элит», и посмотреть кто как себя поведет. Но пока нет четкого ответа на вопрос зачем это было нужно. Наблюдаем.

Some people used the platform to organize ahead of the storming of the U.S. Capitol in January 2021, and last month Senator Mark Warner sent a letter to Durov urging him to curb Russian information operations on Telegram. "He has kind of an old-school cyber-libertarian world view where technology is there to set you free," Maréchal said.
