53% компаний хотели бы участвовать в программе распределения молодых специалистов, 11% уже наладили сотрудничество с вузами. Чаще всего процесс выстроен в крупных организациях с численностью персонала свыше 1000 человек (39%).

Наиболее заинтересованы в работниках по распределению в медицине и фармацевтике (61%), а также производстве (57%). Каждая вторая компания из сферы продаж, услуг и строительства также высказалась за возврат к системе распределения выпускников вузов.

Опрос проведен сервисом по поиску высокооплачиваемой работы Superjob 2 августа — 20 сентября 2024 года, участие приняли 1000 респондентов.
