📄✍️Сейчас служба разработала изменения:
🔹закреплено положение о недопустимости взимания платы за участие в торгах; 🔹введена норма о применении ГИС «Независимый регистратор». Она уже применяется в госзакупках для фиксации нарушений.
✅ Доработанный ФАС законопроект будет рассмотрен в Госдуме.
