Все три проекта вынесем на голосование, и именно жители района определят, как будет выглядеть обновленная территория. Договорились с собственником, что работы над ним начнут и завершат уже в 2025 году.
Собственник также будет наполнять помещение точками питания с учетом пожеланий жителей.
