CDU/CSU haben ihre Sondierungsgespräche beendet. Dort haben sie beschlossen, welche Maßnahmen sie im Koalitionsvertrag umsetzen wollen. Insbesondere die Maßnahmen im Punkt „Migration“ sowie die geplante „Rückführungsoffensive sind ein tiefer Eingriff auf das Grundrecht auf Asyl:
❌ der verpflichtende Rechtsbeistand bei Abschiebungen soll abgeschafft werden
❌ die Bundespolizei soll Abschiebehaft veranlassen können. Somit ist für die Inhaftnahme kein richterlicher Beschluss mehr notwendig
❌ die Kapazitäten von Abschiebehaft sollen deutlich erhöht werden
❌ konsequente Aberkennung des Schutzstatus bei „Straftätern“
❌ die Bezahlkarte soll deutschlandweit zum Einsatz kommen und deren Umgehung soll „unterbunden“ werden
❌ Abweisung an den deutschen Grenzen auch bei Asylgesuch
❌ Familiennachzug für subsidiär Schutzberechtigte „aussetzen“
