- Солдаты, матросы, сержанты, старшина, прапорщики в возрасте до 35 лет;
- Младшие офицеры в возрасте до 50 лет;
- Майоры, подполковники, капитаны 3-го ранга, капитаны 2-го ранга в возрасте до 55 лет;
