۲) باید اینجا یه نکته رو روشن کنیم: ثروتمندای فوقالعاده بزرگ که الان دنیا رو میچرخونن، دنبال پول بیشتر برای لذت شخصی نیستن. چون یه حدی از ثروت وجود داره که بعد از اون دیگه هیچ ربطی به مصرف شخصی نداره. ماجرا فقط قدرت و کنترله. اینکه تو میلیونها دلار داشته باشی و کلی ملک و دارایی، به خودی خود به معنای ثروتمند بودن نیست. چون اگه خودت مجبور باشی همه کارای کوچیک مثل پختن غذا، شستن لباسهات، یا تمیز کردن خونت رو انجام بدی، بازم احساس فقر میکنی. برای همین نیاز داری یه عدهی فقیر اطرافت باشن که این کارارو برات بکنن. پس اینا عمداً فقر رو ساختن.

On December 23rd, 2020, Pavel Durov posted to his channel that the company would need to start generating revenue. In early 2021, he added that any advertising on the platform would not use user data for targeting, and that it would be focused on “large one-to-many channels.” He pledged that ads would be “non-intrusive” and that most users would simply not notice any change. Since January 2022, the SC has received a total of 47 complaints and enquiries on illegal investment schemes promoted through Telegram. These fraudulent schemes offer non-existent investment opportunities, promising very attractive and risk-free returns within a short span of time. They commonly offer unrealistic returns of as high as 1,000% within 24 hours or even within a few hours. Stocks dropped on Friday afternoon, as gains made earlier in the day on hopes for diplomatic progress between Russia and Ukraine turned to losses. Technology stocks were hit particularly hard by higher bond yields. Given the pro-privacy stance of the platform, it’s taken as a given that it’ll be used for a number of reasons, not all of them good. And Telegram has been attached to a fair few scandals related to terrorism, sexual exploitation and crime. Back in 2015, Vox described Telegram as “ISIS’ app of choice,” saying that the platform’s real use is the ability to use channels to distribute material to large groups at once. Telegram has acted to remove public channels affiliated with terrorism, but Pavel Durov reiterated that he had no business snooping on private conversations. Update March 8, 2022: EFF has clarified that Channels and Groups are not fully encrypted, end-to-end, updated our post to link to Telegram’s FAQ for Cloud and Secret chats, updated to clarify that auto-delete is available for group and channel admins, and added some additional links.
