Близнецы, еще внутри у фрау,
в темноте смеются и боятся:
«Мы уже не рыбка и не птичка,
времени немного. Что потом?
Вдруг Китай за стенками брюшины?
Вдруг мы девочки? А им нельзя в Китай».

After fleeing Russia, the brothers founded Telegram as a way to communicate outside the Kremlin's orbit. They now run it from Dubai, and Pavel Durov says it has more than 500 million monthly active users. "Markets were cheering this economic recovery and return to strong economic growth, but the cheers will turn to tears if the inflation outbreak pushes businesses and consumers to the brink of recession," he added. In addition, Telegram's architecture limits the ability to slow the spread of false information: the lack of a central public feed, and the fact that comments are easily disabled in channels, reduce the space for public pushback.
